Where do I build workflows?
A workflow is a skill. Open an agent, go to the Editor, and click Add Skill. See Creating a Workflow.
Why doesn't my new skill show any tasks?
A newly created skill isn't selected automatically. Click it in the Skills list to open its canvas, then use Add Task. See Adding Tasks.
Why did my skill name change?
Skill names are slugified on save — My Skill 123 becomes my_skill_123. This is expected. See Creating a Workflow.
I can't find Build navigation in the top menu.
Build navigation lives in the left navigation rail, not the top-left account menu. Click the build icon. See The Navigation Rail.
How do I switch workspaces?
Sign out and sign back in, choosing the other workspace at the organization picker. See Workspaces.
How do I sign out?
Open the top-left menu and choose Log Out. See Signing Out.
My password isn't accepted.
Use the Forgot password link on the Auth0 screen to reset it. See Signing In.
