Signing In
Moltin uses Auth0 for authentication. Signing in is a short, multi-step flow: enter your email in Moltin, authenticate with Auth0, then choose your workspace.
Open the sign-in page
Navigate to the app's /sign-in page. You'll see the Welcome Back screen with an email field.
Enter your email
Type your email into the Email Address field and click Submit.
Authenticate with Auth0
You're redirected to Auth0. Your email is pre-filled — enter your password and click Sign in.
Choose your workspace
On the organization picker, select the workspace you want to work in (for example, Magma). See Workspaces for more.
Troubleshooting
Incorrect or missing password
If Auth0 reports an incorrect password, use the Forgot password link on the Auth0 screen to reset it. Repeated failures may temporarily lock the account.
No workspace shown?
If the organization picker is empty or doesn't list your expected workspace, your account may not be a member yet. Ask a workspace administrator to invite you.
Once you're in, you can sign out at any time from the account menu.
